Copyright, większy zjada mniejszych

Dziś dostałem oficjalne powiadomienie z serwisu FlashDen, na którym sprzedaję moje kompozycje flashowe, że mój plik łamie prawa Copyright ponieważ na IStockPhoto ktoś ma podobny plik….

Unfortunately we have had to disable this file as we have received a complaint from the author of this istockphoto.com file: http://www.istockphoto.com/file_closeup.php?id=46828. The complaint received is that your file is violating the copyright of http://www.istockphoto.com/file_closeup.php?id=46828 and although our site manager has not been able to confirm the copyright violation, they have advised that your file is considered suspicious and needs to be removed from the Flashden site. Please note that this is not an official copyright warning, simply we are taking the necessary precautions to avoid any legal issues with the istockphoto author/site. Please let me know if you have any questions regarding this matter.
